We collect account details and content needed to provide features you choose.
Your choices
Behaviour learning and mood or prayer learning are separate choices. You can download your data or request deletion.
Our commitments
Payment details stay with payment providers. Licensed Scripture and children’s data are never used to train models.
Usage Measurement
When it is switched on, we record that a feature was used — a chapter opened, a question asked, a plan started — along with the app version, your device’s language and the country the request came from. We never record what you typed. Your questions, notes, prayers, journal entries and searches are never sent to analytics, and values we do not recognise are discarded rather than stored. You can turn this off under Me → Privacy & data.
How Long We Keep What You Ask
A question you put to Adam is stored with the answer's details so we can measure whether answers stay grounded in Scripture. Those records carry no account, no device identifier and no location — nothing that ties a question to you — and they are deleted 180 days after they are written. Your own saved verses, notes, highlights and journal stay until you delete them or your account.
How We Identify This Install
On first launch the app makes up a random identifier and keeps it on your device. It is not Apple’s advertising identifier, it is not tied to your hardware, and it cannot be matched to you in any other app. Reinstalling the app creates a new one.
No Tracking, No Advertising
There is no advertising network in this app, no third-party analytics service, no data broker, and nothing is shared for advertising. We do not ask to track you across other companies’ apps or websites, because we do not.
Signing In Is Optional
Nothing in the app is locked behind an account. Signing in exists so your highlights, notes, journal, prayers and place in the text follow you to another device, and so a subscription belongs to you rather than to one phone. Delete your account under Me → Account and everything synced to it goes with it.
Location
We never ask for it. The country shown in our own usage figures comes from the network your request arrived on, which needs no permission and is not your location.
